It is with great excitement and anticipation that we would like to announce our next in-person lunch meeting for the Austin Professional Landmen’s Association! Jack Wilhelm, Partner at the Wilhelm Law Firm, will present a 2021 Texas Oil and Gas Case Law Update on Friday, February 4th at 11:30AM at the Enverus campus located at 2901 Via Fortuna, Austin, TX 78746. Please note that we are changing our venue. We will provide a catered lunch to attendees for $25.00.

Jack Wilhelm is an attorney in Austin, Texas. Jack focuses his practice on estate planning and probate, oil, and gas law, and state taxation issues before the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Jack’s estate planning clients including individuals with large landholdings in Texas and other states. Jack’s oil and gas clients include Fortune 500 oil and gas companies, privately-owned oil and gas independents, and sophisticated landowners. In addition to his Juris Doctorate degree, Jack holds a Masters of Energy and Environmental Law from Tulane University.

Jack is licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Illinois, and by numerous federal courts, including all Texas and Louisiana federal district courts and the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals located in New Orleans, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Special Note: The building management company has requested attendees provide either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 text within 48 hours of the meeting (a rapid test is fine).  While we are all anxious to get back together in person, we still want to practice safe habits to minimize spreading the virus.  As such, we will continue to monitor this most recent spike in the Austin area and should we feel it too risky to have a meeting in person, we will notify you all as soon as we make that decision.
