Our speaker is Silas Martin, VP & GM of Land Products for Enverus, presenting on “Using AI in Land Work Flows.”

Silas leads the vision, strategy, and execution of a comprehensive suite of land and title solutions that support the entire energy value chain. Drawing on his foundational experience as a Petroleum Landman, he specializes in transforming complex land workflows into modern, data‑rich digital products that empower land professionals with actionable intelligence. Based in Austin, Silas collaborates closely with enterprise operators, cross‑functional technical teams, and industry partners to drive continuous improvement and shape the future of land products across the energy sector.

With deep expertise in land operations, technology‑driven process design, and product innovation, Silas oversees the development of platforms that deliver advanced analytics, enriched datasets, and integrated tools for acquisition, management, and evaluation of land and title information. His leadership bridges the gap between traditional land practices and the cutting edge of energy‑tech, ensuring Enverus’s customers are equipped to operate efficiently in rapidly evolving markets.

Members of the APLA are encouraged to attend the May meeting as the 2026-27 proposed APLA Board will be presented for voting. The APLA is your local link to the energy land industry – whether it be to network, to grow and develop your skills or to learn and gain certification credits. Your participation is important to us! Your membership dues allow us to better represent your needs and present your issues and questions to the AAPL Board, helps the APLA contribute to local charitable organizations like Toys for Tots, and provides us the means to judge interest so that we may begin to offer more networking events and opportunities to grow and prosper. We appreciate you, your membership and your participation!
